I created jsapp to be able to try and bring back the fun times that were fostered by appjet. This profile as well as the public code (viewable in the side bar) are both attempts to bring the "social" javascript coding environment back. Right now I am working on trying to add more features that will bring in the node community, the first being support for coffee script.
I find Javascript to be a cool language where one is able to get things working really quickly.
But I really do love C++ and I find that given time (something that I generally lack) anything can be created using it.
Note: I have node router share so that if people would rather use it vs uploading their own, they can require it in using: require('matthewfl/node-router')
